1. Delivery scope and timeliness
- Covered areas: the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, EU member states, Japan, South Korea and other major markets (for other regions, please consult customer service before placing an order).
- Delivery time:
Order processing to delivery time: 1-3 working days.
Logistics delivery time: 7-15 working days (thanks to 30% reduction in customs clearance time).
- Customs clearance standards: Strictly abide by regulations related to cross-border e-commerce retail exports, and use cloud issuance services to apply for inspection and quarantine certificates to ensure smooth customs clearance.
2. Shipping and free shipping rules
For orders with a total payment of US$30 (US$30) or more, you can enjoy free international standard shipping service. For orders less than US$30, the shipping fee is US$9.9.
3. Delivery time

4. Return and exchange freight charges
- Returns and exchanges due to quality problems: All return and exchange freight charges will be borne by our store, and door-to-door pickup service will be provided.
- Returns or exchanges due to personal reasons: the return shipping costs are borne by the customer; shipping costs for reshipping will be recalculated according to new order standards.
- According to the relevant regulations of the customs of the destination country, the freight and duties incurred for returns and exchanges will be borne by the responsible party.
